The first month of the new school year is finished and it feels like only one week has passed. I intended to write this e-mail earlier, but we were busy settling in. Well all is well and my 3 children seem settled in their new grades and in the case of my son, his new school – St. George’s College.
Much appreciation to you and other team members of BookSmart. You have taken the hassle out of back to school preparation by bringing creativity and efficiency to what is the most tedious aspect for me. I have been promoting BookSmart to all my friends and associates, not just because you give a really smart and unique service (in providing, wrapping and delivering the books) but because you do it with professionalism, organized accuracy, courtesy, care and excellent customer service attitude from everyone, always.
I got to know about BookSmart via the Jessie Ripoll Primary School and has not stopped using the service since.
